This is not your ordinary toner! This thicker, almost gel like formulation, glides on easily and leaves skin soft and hydrated. Created to be used daily for optimal results. Safe and effective for all skin types. Directions for Use: Wipe on face/neck/decollete after washing and before daily moisturizer/make up. This toner can be used throughout the day and will not dry out the skin.
